Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy 

At Byunli, we aim to offer quality and efficiency in our delivery process.

However, due to Covid 19, Standard Shipping takes 4-14 working days wherever you are in the world.

Please note that Byunli Inc. is not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses, so kindly double-check and ensure the accuracy of the provided address when you place the order.

Our standard shipping rates are:

Additional shipping and handling fees may apply to products that are fragile, heavy, or especially bulky. If additional shipping or handling fees apply, this will typically be noted on the product page and/or at checkout. In some cases, however, we may need to quote you a shipping rate at the time of purchase. 

We ship most orders via a trackable delivery method within 1 to 5 business days of the order date.

Return and Exchange Policy

We love our stuff and hope you do too, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.

In general, most items purchased on our website may be returned for store credit (E- Gifted Card) or a refund of the item's purchase price if returned within 7 days of your receipt of the item.  

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned that are not in their original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

  • Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Products involving assembly that are assembled are no longer considered to be in original condition and may not be returned under our policy. 

  • Please note that the lighting orders, special orders, large-volume orders, and sale items are final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges on such items.

  • All returns and exchanges will be processed expeditiously, but please allow up to 1 week for your return or exchange to be processed.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at hello@byusstudio.com so we can assist you.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • All of our Underwear bottoms (including Thigh Saver, leak-proof, and socks) are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For Hygienic reasons, underwear bottoms cannot be accepted.

  • Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

  • Non-Byunli items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt
